Purpose of the position
Join us at Real Estate Management and be part of our motivated, professional and happy team to deliver best-in-class building services for our colleagues within Brussels Airlines and all Belgium-based business units of the Lufthansa Group.
This position includes leading the facility management (technical, infrastructural and commercial) for our diverse real estate portfolio. You would also be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our FM services. A strong focus on leadership and steering is a must.

Mission
As a Management Trainee you will be immersed into the different operational and administrative departments that run Brussels Airlines. You will develop a deep understanding of the aviation business and start a career within the company.
Flying on the current high demand for leisure and recovering demand from business, Brussels Airlines is transforming further into a future proof company. As a Management Trainee you will support that transformation and create a sustainable future for Brussels Airlines. During three projects of six months you will develop the Brussels Airlines core competencies, but also your project management skills. You also will take part in an exchange with management trainees of other Lufthansa Group companies. The program will prepare you for and let you grow into a management position.
As a management trainee, you can have an impact on the future of Belgian aviation.

Purpose of the position
The customer service agent is responsible for engaging with end users / internal customers on behalf of Brussels Airlines Uniform department.
You manage every aspect of the daily employee communication and service desk, through physical or virtual presence. You handle, sort, resolve and report employee inquiries and requests related to returns, reimbursement , exchanges
You will be responsible to maintain the employee data base and profiles in IT systems/webshops. As such, the customer service agent is actively involved in the onboarding of new employee, uniform/workwear deployment process, offboarding of employees.
Additionally, the customer service agent provides counselling on policies, style guide and processes
The range of products managed by the Uniform department include all crew-related uniform components, technical workwear and ad-hoc supplies necessary for the execution of onboard service, ground services and technical maintenance of the aircraft. You manage orders and supply from Suppliers to Brussels Airlines, and from Brussels Airlines to employee in Belgium and in outstations.
