Purpose of the role
Have you always wondered how we organize our work behind the scenes? Are you airline operations? Do you have past experience as a Crew Planner or Crew Controller?
We are looking for talented individuals to reinforce our Crew Pre OPS team. As a Pre OPS officer, you are responsible for maintaining the rosters between publication and operations. Together with the team you will make sure that the flight production and trainings are correctly covered – all in accordance with the existing regulations
The Crew Pre-operations Officer reports to the Team Lead Rostering and is responsible to ensure that between roster publication and STD-72 hours, that all scheduled flights are crewed, that rosters are checked for legality and CLA compliance, any replanning of training events, checking and actioning of crew swaps and the adaption of rosters when required by network changes. Additionally to support with HOTAC admin and crew positioning.

Purpose of the position
The “Training Systems Expert” represents a key role in enabling and further implementing a paperless training organization by administering and coordinating the activities connected with the Prodefis e-file and TMPS system as well as Learning Management System software and other relevant operations manuals and training content. He/she will liase with various internal and external stakeholder, supporting the department managers in creating templates, follow-up on crew qualifications, continious evaluation of training outcomes and the embedding efforts of groupwide common training means.
