Mission
As a Management Trainee you will be immersed into the different operational and administrative departments that run Brussels Airlines. You will develop a deep understanding of the aviation business and start a career within the company.
Flying on the current high demand for leisure and recovering demand from business, Brussels Airlines is transforming further into a future proof company. As a Management Trainee you will support that transformation and create a sustainable future for Brussels Airlines. During three projects of six months you will develop the Brussels Airlines core competencies, but also your project management skills. You also will take part in an exchange with management trainees of other Lufthansa Group companies. The program will prepare you for and let you grow into a management position.
As a management trainee, you can have an impact on the future of Belgian aviation.
Tasks
During these 18 months you will carry different responsibilities. You will be surrounded by trainers, coaches, managers & a buddy who will give you advice and support you on your development path.

Mission
Responsible for maintaining Continued Airworthiness of the fleet by coordinating and monitoring the maintenance activities and all in service aircraft technical problems with the purpose to achieve the department objectives through efficient working and avoid delays & cancellations with safety as the highest priority.
Tasks
Control of the maintenance activities :
Manages maintenance activities and technical problem solving, maximizing availability for aircraft operations.
Screen and monitoring aircraft technical status :
Ensures control of the technical status of the fleet, steering the Part 145 and an optimized planning for the maintenance activities.
Review aircraft Release to Service for Continued Airworthiness :
Controls the executed P145 activities, ensuring compliance to EASA CAMO Regulations

Purpose of the position
Within the Brussels Airlines Maintenance team, you will disassemble, service and assemble aircraft components covered by the Brussels Airlines component shop capability and replace parts if necessary. All maintenance is performed within stringent norms of tolerance and precision, according to established procedures and using the approved and calibrated tools and equipment.
Preventive and curative maintenance on ground support equipment in compliance with the equipment manufacturer specification. Providing assistance to production by handling non-aircraft related tasks, such as towing, engine preparation before installation or shipping, and other non-aircraft operational

Follow-up & coordination on technical troubleshooting requirements in the daily operation of the Brussels Airlines fleet whilst taking ownership of non-standard troubleshooting or complex technical irregularities. Monitor aircraft & predictive systems to prevent recurrency, negative trends or AOG risks.
