Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven Flying Station Engineer to strengthen our Maintenance & Engineering team. The FSE is responsible to ensure the technical handling of our aircraft in all his aspects in outside stations and/or conveying flights and to return this aircraft to Brussels in accordance with all maintenance procedure and rules from Brussels Airlines technical department. The FSE must try to solve any operational or technical issue to protect our operation in the best possible time.

Purpose of the position
Within the Brussels Airlines Maintenance team, you will disassemble, service and assemble aircraft components covered by the Brussels Airlines component shop capability and replace parts if necessary. All maintenance is performed within stringent norms of tolerance and precision, according to established procedures and using the approved and calibrated tools and equipment.
Preventive and curative maintenance on ground support equipment in compliance with the equipment manufacturer specification. Providing assistance to production by handling non-aircraft related tasks, such as towing, engine preparation before installation or shipping, and other non-aircraft operational.

Purpose of the Role
As Head of Maintenance & Engineering, you are responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-efficient technical operation of the Brussels Airlines fleet.
You lead the Maintenance & Engineering organization — including Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance, Engineering Support, Technical training, Logistics, and Technical Records — ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and strong collaboration across all technical and operational interfaces.
As end responsible for Part-145 and Part-CAMO, you provide strategic direction, leadership, and oversight to ensure full regulatory compliance and continuous airworthiness in close cooperation with the nominated postholder(s) and regulatory authorities.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven Trouble Shooter to strengthen our Maintenance & Engineering team.
Follow-up & coordination on technical troubleshooting requirements in the daily operation of the Brussels Airlines fleet whilst taking ownership of non-standard troubleshooting or complex technical irregularities. Monitor aircraft & predictive systems to prevent recurrency, negative trends or AOG risks.
The Trouble Shooter, reports to the CAMO MCC Manager (functional) & to the P145 Planning Manager (disciplinary).
